Miss Intercontinental 2019 is de 48ste editie van de Miss Intercontinental-verkiezing die wordt gehouden op 21 december 2019 in New Delhi, India. Miss Intercontinental 2018, Karen Gallman van de Filippijnen zal haar opvolger bekronen.
